Under the Federal Communication Commission’s rules for Class A stations WTLU-CA is required to file a quarterly report concerning our broadcasting of programming that meets the educational and informational needs of children. Should any of our local viewing audience wish to see a copy of this report, it has been placed in our public inspection file and may be viewed during normal business hours at 1971 University Blvd. Lynchburg, VA 24502-2269.
